The Farmers

Savage Coffee is a collective of small scale producers from Panama’s renowned Boquete and Volcán regions, led by the visionary Jamison Savage. Drawing on generations of expertise, they craft some of the country’s most exceptional coffees, blending time-honored techniques with innovative processing methods.
The Boquete and Volcán regions, nestled on the slopes of Mount Barú, in the "valley of flowers and eternal spring“ offer an unparalleled terroir. Volcanic soils, abundant rainfall, lush vegetation, and unique microclimates create ideal conditions for growing truly distinctive coffees. It’s no surprise these highlands are home to some of the most celebrated coffees in the world.
