About this coffee

We bought high-quality Robusta from one of India's best farms to impart deep notes of dark chocolate, full body, and texture to this blend, and then included chocolatey Brazilian Arabica beans for additional nougat notes and creaminess.

ORIGIN INFO

The Producers

The Indian part: For three years we have been sourcing our single origin green coffee directly from the Mysore plantation in the Indian state of Karnataka. The plantation is owned by the Rao family, who have been growing high-quality Robusta coffee there for 80 years.

The Brazilian part: Since purchasing Fazenda Sao Francisco da Bela Vista in Brazil in 1993, producer Tarcízio Aldo Zugliani has greatly improved the infrastructure of the farm over the years. For example, he built drying beds and invested in better processing machines and rotary dryers. He also planted young seedlings on the farm to increase quality and productivity. All these measures resulted in an improvement in the quality of the harvest and also contributed to the high quality of this batch of Yellow Catuai Pulp Natural.
